  2. Hi Saioa! I really like your blog that you posted because its interesting to know ways to train our speed and you gave us many tips to do it in the right way. I think you organised very well the steps to improve the speed in a good order. Also you care about the position of the body and the technique to do it cause doing this type of exercises you can have an injury so its good to know how to prevent it. Maybe if I decide to do speed exercises i will follow your tips and your routine so i can improve in a safe and good way. Thank you!
