EXERCISES TO IMPROVE RESISTANCE

Hello, my name is Lara and I choose this video of improve your resistance, because is an activity that we were doing this second assessment but instead of been running this one is for improve your strength doing resistance. In this video the girl is going to explain 4 circuits, one for legs, other for arms, other for abdomen and for finish one for hips and gluteus. 1 minute each exercise and for rest 20 second doing burpees. In the first exercise you are going to do a lance walking in the second one doing side lunges, the third one in the ground you do a plank and with the knees try to touch the abdomen and for finish doing explosive pushups.
