  1. Hi, I'am Jaime and I decided to choose this video because is a very complete and intense workout to imporve our stamina. This video consist in 9 different exercises with 4 times to rest that each one have a duration of 20 seconds. This exercises can help you can also improve your physique and not only the stamina, this exercises are: High knees, Mountain Climbers, Squad jump, In and out squats, High knees and pushing arms upwards, Cross leg mountain climbers, Planl reaches, Plank pushing forward and Burpees. I also like this video because the trainer seems like is a good guy. Goodbye

  3. I decided to comment this video because is a very useful video to improve the longest time you can stay running without stopping. These workout can help you in the future if you play some sport or if you run a race or it can be just for your health and your physical condition. Do this type of excercises is very good for our health and it's not very difficult to do, so it's a good option if you want to improve your endurance.
