  1. Hello i am Rafael Maestro, I have choose this video of strength that are 17 minutes, this type of exercise is for all type of ages.
    In the topic at the left we can see that are the calories that you burned, and at the right you can see how many time you are doing the exercise, to do this exercise you need a big space to sit down to do differents types of exercises and also you need a pair of dumbbells. I recomended this video a lot because is very easy and healthfull.
