Exercises to gain flexibility

  1. Hi, I have chosen this video because I think that having a stretching routine can be good for our health. The coach is an experienced guy and he is a certified coach, he does the exercises and explains them very well so you can know what and why are you stretching. This routine is more focused on the lower muscles like the legs or the back, it could be good to stretch also the upper part of the body but then you would have to choose another video. In conclusion, it's a good video that you could include in your daily routine for better health.

I've chosed this video because I know the guy that appear in the video before, about the training I think its very succesfull, I think is necessary to train flexibility, you have one body and you will carry it with you for all your live so I think that being healthy is a necesity and don't be limited by nothing is very important, the video train the lower parts of the body and I think that the activities that we do in PE or thinghs like this videos sould be compulsory. I also think that flexibility is underrated because everybody wasnts to be strong and fast but avoid muscles problems is also important.

I chose this video because it seems to me that the person in it knows what he is talking about, I like the video because he knows how to explain everything very well and he takes his time to do the stretches. Another thing I like is that he specifies on just one part of the body, which is the lower body, because this way he can teach more stretches whereas if he did them for the whole body he wouldn't be able to dig so much into each muscle and technique. In conclusion, it is a good video for those people who want to stretch their legs well.
