This video is about a warm-up that starts with your arms, moving them in circles, the second thing you do is stretch and tuck your arms back, continue moving each arm to the opposite side of your arm, pushing up, then grab your leg to leg and hold for three seconds, the next exercise tries to open your legs a little and touch your toes first with one arm and then with the other, and to finish do squats with breaths, and in this video we show you how warm-up correct to avoid hurting the body, I recommend this video to enjoy warming up and not damage your joints

  3. In my opinion, this video is very interesting as it is very important to do a good warm – up to prevent future injuries. It has been a short video, but it has included very dynamic exercises in which they have included the movement of arms, legs, and ankles. On the other hand, I think the warm-up could include cardio warm-ups, that is, more intense exercises. A positive aspect of the video is that despite containing warm-ups, it has had stretching. In this respect, it has been a very entertaining video that contains many learnings.
