I found this video so interesting because I'm sure that there are many of us who after so much time we forgot the explanation given in class, so to refresh the memory I found this video that explains it perfectly and in an easy way to understand. In the video he talks about the ATP molecule, which gives you energy in chemical reactions. It explains in an entertaining and visual way the differences between Isometric, Concentric and Eccentric contraction. This has been an issue that has interested me, as it was something new that we had never given in class and I found it very interesting.
