  1. Hello my name is Daira Terán Merino, and I llok up at this video on youtube and I found very interesting. First the boy starts putting like in the cat position and take the head up and down, other exercise in the floor and sit down over the knees and getting the back backwards and fordwards, the he do flexions and finally he starts doing mini runs of speed in a minimun time. I hope you like.

  2. Hi, my name is Sara, and this is my comment about Daira´s post about a vid of exercises that can be done easy, first they explain the floor based, like the cat cow, plank pipe, quad Nordic, downward dog to cobra, push-ups, T spine rotation and then hip rock series & then the tactical frog.
    Then the guy does skip series like side arm skips, carioca, lunge & reach, then backwards reach, and he finished with leg wings series. Then he goes again with the ground based, like the prone scorpion, iron cross, straight leg kicks, roll back & reach, 90-90 hip mobility, splinter roll & reach, knee fallings, gas peddlers and finishing as cross body leg whip. Then he focuses on four techniques, like A-skip, A-Doubles, thigh switches, thigh switch 1-3, butt kicks, high knee running, backward run & straight leg run at the end.
