It seems to me a very complete video since it explains in detail how to do each exercise that last approximately between 1-2 minutes each exercise, it also teaches you different levels at which to do the exercise depends on the experience you have since not everyone has the same level. It seems to me that it is very good since, by not needing materials and not needing the help of others, it is a routine that everyone could do.
