This acrobatics require some flexibility and abiltity but if you do it constantly you can get it. This are the basical ones, then if you like it you can search about more "difficult" one that require more ability and more time. The great gymnastics have pratised a lot of hours and years for get this acrobatics skills. This ones are more simple.
Hello, I'm Alfonso and I have published this video because I think it is an important video for people who want to start practicing gymnastics and it is important because it is a basic level for anyone who wants to start. It also seems important to me to know how to start practicing a sport and, based on it, be able to raise the level. Although for people who practice gymnastics it may be too basic a level but also necessary levels. In short, it is a necessary video for anyone who wants to practice gymnastics or who simply wants to do some gymnastics exercises.
I like this video because I thing that for the people interested in the gymnastics skills, this is a good video to start and know 10 different new gymnastic skill that not have to much difficult to learn and to start. Also, I think that this video shows perfectly what the gymnastics skills are, but maybe is no tfor all the levels in my opinion this should be for the people that have start close to this time to do gymnastics skills. So I recommend this video to the people who wants to start in the gymnastic skills not for advance people.
