  3. I choose to comment this video because I think that is very important to warm-up before practicing an exercise. In this video they explain us that, although we make more use of the lower body, we need to warm up the upper part as well. The muscles that are most important to warm up are the calves, quadriceps, hamstrings, and abductors. It also shows us what exercises we can made and how much time per muscle. It will help you to do a physical activity at the highest level. This video was so helpful and I really like it.
