Ganar flexibilidad | Principiantes




Hello everyone! I am going to tell us why I choose this video to explain how to stretch some muscles of our body.I think this video is a good way to explain us how to do correct stretches if you are starting to stretch your muscles or just to help you stretch them correctly.
If you stretch your muscle regularly you improve your flexibility,you can reduce muscle aches,through this regular practice we can prevent future muscle aches or injuries,we get better warming and cooling in a sports practice and also improve circulation

  1. Hi, everyone, I think this video is really good and useful for beginners. The girl from de video explain step by step simple exercises we can all do.
    We need to keep in mind that this kind of movements can be so useful for anyone who suffer back pain too for example.
    I also think it is important to improve our flexibility especially with this age, because as we get older our flexibility decreases, although with these exercises we can maintain it.
    I think it would be great if we all take this video as a routine and be able to improve or just to relax.
    I also like the idea that we can do all of this exercises without using any objects or something difficult to find.

  2. Hi Letizia,
    I think this video is very interesting for people who doesn't know hoe to stretch good some parts of their bodies. It´s nice because they explain the things step by step so it´s useful for people of all ages including kids. This is important because kids can improve their flexibility better than adults and they have to learn stretching skills from young ages.
    It´s also good that they are simple stretching movements which people can do easily and in our homes.
