How to improve your flexibility

  1. In this image you can see different types of exercises to improve flexibility. I believe that with these activities if you repeat them daily you can improve your elasticity in both legs and back and strengthen the muscles of the abs and buttocks. When I practiced rhythmic gymnastics I performed this series of stretches and it served me to be more flexible and be able to perform the spagat and different gymnastics exercises. You have to be consistent and not quit because you lose the acquired flexibility. If you have more flexibility, the risk of injury decreases and helps maintain balance better. In conclusion, with these exercises you will not only be able to improve flexibility but also decrease injuries.

  2. Hi Lucia, I want to comment on your post because it seems to me that with this image we can easily see how to try to improve our flexibility. It also seems to me that they are quite easy exercises and that we can perform them at any time of the day, since it does not take much time. I think that with these explanatory exercises we can greatly improve our flexibility, if we don't have much or want to have more. Thank you for putting on this explanatory photo on how to perform these exercises. I will try to put them into practice and I hope I can get more flexibility

I have decided to comment on this publication since it is very similar to mine and also allows me to have more flexibility in other parts of the body without deepening also seems interesting to me since I was interested in different methods to have more flexibility this these activities I still did not know, I think it is so useful to the people that don´t have so much flexibility because they can improve, I like that you have put a picture because that way you better understand what you want to explain.
