divergente
Divergente

Benefits of sport and physical activity for the disabled
This is a video about how people with dis-capacities can do anything if they want.
"If I can do this, I can do anything!"
Psychological gains include:
- An improvement of mood-state:
- Reduction of anxiety and depression
- An increase of self-esteem and feelings of greater self-efficacy.
Sociological gains include:
- new experiences
- new friendships
- countering of stigmatization.
Perceived health is improved, and in a more long-term perspective there is a reduced risk of many chronic diseases. There is a greater likelihood of employment too, with less absenteeism and enhanced productivity. Both the health and the industrial benefits have a potential to yield cost savings that could make an important contribution toward the expense of suitably adapted physical activity programmes. It is concluded that the physically disabled should be encouraged to engage in physical activity, although further large-scale longitudinal studies are needed to determine the optimal type of programme for such individuals.

Negative effects of not heating
Before the competition or starting a training session, we find the need to increase the capacity to work progressively, and after prolonged rest and due to inactivity, the body is in a state of laxity, lack of tonicity , Of apathy and laziness, feelings that we must overcome with a good warm-up before finding the assets.
Warming is the set of especially related physical exercises, which are performed in order to prepare the body for a certain job, allows to increase the excitability and lability of the nerve centers, which facilitates new temporal relationships in the process of arousal and for The activation of the motor habits already acquired in complex conditions of the sport activity.
Negative effects of not heating:
On the one hand, increased vulnerability to injury. Warming is one of the most important internal factors for injury prevention. Thanks to the heating, the viscosity of the viscous viscosity of the temperature of the body temperature, which increases the elasticity of muscles, tendons and ligaments. Therefore an unheated muscle, under violent traction, has More risk of muscle fiber tears, joint injuries, ligaments, muscular pulls and contractures so feared by all.
It is necessary to be aware that at the organic and functional level, the cardiorespiratory activation that causes the warm-up, causes the sudden jump from rest to the intensity of the exercise to be smoothed, making in turn that the mechanisms of rapid adaptation or acute of the organism are more Insurance.
Secondly, by not heating, you will not be able to prepare properly both physically and physiologically and psychologically for the main part of training or in competition.
On the other hand, he who skips the warming will have less motivation and self-confidence and will pay less attention. In the short term, heating reduces anxiety and initial fatigue, reinforces intrinsic motivation, acts as a mechanism for deflecting precompetitive stress, and if the athlete is accustomed to doing it, it becomes an indispensable practice.
Poor performance is reflected when there is no proper warm-up, which also impacts on muscle injuries and psychological trauma and causes people who engage in physical activity tend to move away from fatigue or muscle injuries.
What is fitness
Fitness is synonymous with "getting in shape". The literal translation into Spanish of the word "Fitness" is "Aptitude," that is, the ability of a person to do a particular activity.
Applied to this context, the Fitness would be the capacity to perform physical activity oriented to a better health and better physical state through the exercise.
The fitness includes 7 different aspects: exercises oriented to flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, agility, speed, balance, physical constitution and cardiovascular resistance.
As I mentioned earlier, all aspects of fitness are aimed at improving health. Therefore, this concept also encompasses, in addition to physical activity or exercise, proper nutrition, with adequate diets, and adequate rest periods for each person and activity.
To understand what fitness is, the key word is Health.
Regular moderate physical activity has been shown to improve health by increasing life expectancy and decreasing the frequency of cardiovascular diseases (heart and circulation problems in the rest of the body). In this way, any activity or approach that contributes to improving our health can be considered fitness.

When one starts coaching a basketball team, the most important requirement for a team is to have a uniform. This helps one differentiate teams from one another. A uniform consists of a jersey (shirt), shorts, numbers on the front and back of the shirts for identification.
