Natural Running Form | "Do's And Don'ts"

  1. Hi, my name is Ana and I decided to publish this post about how to run correctly because I think that is a thing that many people do it badly.
    The video explains some steps that we have to follow if we want to improve our marks in natural running.
    Seeing this video I realised that I do many things in the bad way, so it is worst for our body and is more difficult for ourselves.
    A really important part of a correct running is the breathing. If we don't breath correctly is more easy to get tired faster or to have flatus. The best way to have a good breathing is to breath ALWAYS by our mouth because that way we get more oxygen and its better when we run.
    The video also speaks about what we should do running and what we shouldn't do. In my opinion, is really helpful. It explains how to put our arms, legs and feet correctly because if we do badly we can hurt ourselves and if you do ir like this it will help you a lot in your careers.
    I hope you like it and to help you in your running marks!
