Hi again!!, in this assessment of physical education we have practiced speed and football. I have chosen this video because it shows how the players of the Spanish national team are trained. They carry out a series of activities that I will be summed up below. First:they do a continuous race around the field Second: they do some stretching exercises Third: in two groups they return to a continuous race with different speeds and distances. Four: they do a performance of power and agility exercises individual and in pairs Fifth: change speed and rhythm with the floor stairs to achieve greater agility. Sixth: in a group with three or five people they do a circle to pass each other the ball and practise with him Finally to complete the training they do abdominal exercises and stretching. Another thing, remember that this team made us world champions and two consecutive times European champions. This is all I hope you liked. See you!!
Hi, I'm Paula, a partner of Raquel and I decided to pitch in her video because I find it quite interesting because it is the different training that makes the Spanish selection. The first thing to be a soccer player of these (professional) you have to have a lot of physical and not lose it and for that begin the training giving a series of laps running around the field (warm up). Then they do different stretches and complete joint movements. Then they do a series of power exercises in pairs and also individually. We continue with the workout consisting of doing a series of squats, push-ups ,. And to finalize specific stretches for individual players according to their place within the field. This is all about my comment on this video. Bye
Hello again! I´m Sofía, a partner of Raquel, I decide to comment this video because it shows the football training of the Spanish Selection. First of all, like in all sports, they do the Warm Up, running around the field and doing joint movements. Suddenly, they do different exercises in pairs and also individually, then they do some push-ups and squads... Finally, they do some streches depending on the position where each player plays. This is my comment, I hope you like and learn something. See you!!!
