Hi all, I’m Enrique and this is my work of the 4rd assessment in physical education. Today, I choose a video about how to improve your speed in football. I choose this video because in this assessment we did speed and football and I think it’s nice to improve the speed for playing football. In this video, we can see that speed can be improved with different exercises combining speed, strength, flexibility and resistance. This makes that the player gradually improves its fiscal capacity allowing him to play better football or other sports. Also, I think that we need to improve our speed for all sports because the faster you are the better will you do in that sport. Hi, what’s up? I’m Javier Robles, from Year 4A. I decided to comment Enrique’s post because for the last five weeks, we have been practicing both speed and football in Physical Education lessons. Therefore, I believe it is worth learning from these topics in the same video as well as knowing how to make use of speed skills when playing football and vice versa. One area which has been drawn to my attention is the fact that the swiftness abilities of many professional football players weren’t enough-developed until lots and lots of years training. A suitable speed capacity not only in football, but also at other sports fields, is the result of a tenacious, scientific and balancing work day after day. On the other hand, it is also essential to bear in mind that not every person has the same running techniques, thus, we should start practicing any kind of physical activity after distinguishing our own possibilities. In addition, despite football is a locomotive sport, every shot and kick we do are closely related to physical laws. For my part, this is all. See you the next time!
