How to improve speed in running

    We have been working on this assessment principally on a basically physical capacity, speed. On the video we can see different types of training and how to improve speed in running:

    1- Jumping on a lateral side making pauses on each movement ,12 repetitions, going on left and moving with the left leg and with the right flex but staying on the same place.
    2- Is basically the same movement of the legs but with a progressive acceleration, you count 1, 2, 3 small steps and UP (you repeat 6 times with 2 repetitions.)
    3- You have to go on lateral sides and go always UP UP UP
    I have chosen because it is nice if you want to improve your speed, so I hope you will use it and like my explanation.

  2. Hi! My name is Maria and I am a student from San Gregorio School in Aguilar de Campoo. During this assessment, we were practising our speed. That’s why I decided to comment the video of my class partner.
    In this video, we can see different exercises that will help you to improve you speed. I think that to have a good speed it is needed a lot of performance and to be in very good form.
    The exercices of the video consist in repetitions of series that makes you have a better speed. This video is very interesting because you can learn a lot of things with it.
