First of all the content, in the video you can see the comparative of the two main topics of this assessment in physical education. Second, I think that in all the sports it's very important to be fast, but in football is more important because of the field it's bigger than in other sports, and also you can lave behind other players only running in more speed than them, or also, in the last moments in important matches, (Champions League, Finals...) the players that can run in a maximum speed are the players that are going to cause more danger in rival areas. For me, speed is one of the most important factors in football.

Also agree with Hector because in this sport is very big and agile and fast player will cause many more problems than a clumsy and slow player. And finally, I recommend that you see this video because in it we can see many different moves in which there are 20 players more fast of this sport, and so we learn something essential soccer is speed.
