The first rule is: 1- Is run to the net jump and strike the ball in order to send in downwards to the other teams court. 2- You're putting it on the net with speed and the downwards trajectory which gives the other team even less time to react which enhances your chances of scoring a point. 3- You put the ball on the net but you do not leave the ground rule. 4 - Dealing with spikes because your hands are often going to be there now it's OK if the ball touches it but not part of your body can rule. 5. Their center or block or falls in your foot or touches you the point goes to the other team. Ok this is all I hope you have learned the basic rules of volleyball and until next time. Bye
Hello, I'm Sofía and I recomend you to watch this video if you doesn't know how to play volleyball because it explains all the basic rules to play it, for example, that your team only can do three passes before passing the ball through the other team and it can't touches the ball the same person twice, another one is that the person who attacks, can't touch the net and all the others basic rules. Hello good afternoon I´m Angel, have decided comment this video because think that serves of much helps for the people that not knows play to the volleyball, since in the us teaches many of them rules of this sport, as for example that not is can give the ball more than three times before pass it to the field opposite, that not can touch the ball in the soil , because is point for them of the other team and a very important rule, is that not can touch the network with the ball to the remove or touching it with any part of the body.
