In class, we have been learning the different passes of this sport, and we have also played games. The boy in the video teaches us different tips to improve our passes. Jonh Speraw is an Olympic Gold Medal Volleyball Coach and UCLA Head Coach. He shows us how to form our hands, place our thumbs and create a platform with our arms; with this tricks we will notice the difference, a great improvement. In the video the coach explain the different passes and the most important are: The forearm pass and the overhead pass. When it comes to passing, forearm passing is the main technique used in volleyball. The forearm pass is the act of controlling the ball in such a way that it's directed to the setter. This is all.
