I really like how the boy explains the tips while he is doing the different moves because it is beneficial for the person watching the video to visualize how to improve. If a where football player and I would like to improve my technique or my game play I would watch this video or use the tips the boy is explaining, I think there are very helpful and they can help a football player in a short period of time.
