I am going to explain the different exercises so you can know how he does it, and how it is the correct way to do it. The first starts by placing cones on the ground and then sprinting with both feet, the second the same but between each cone uses both feet at speed until reaching the end, the third diagonally passing one foot to one side and then the other, the fourth is equal to the third but backwards, the fifth is horizontal and in each space with both feet, the sixth is crossed, the seventh is equal to the sixth but backwards, the eighth places and passes one foot up and the other down like this through the cones, the ninth goes with one foot through the cones and the other on the outside and to end up turning from back to front.   2. Hi, I'm Marta and I've chosen this video because I think it explains the exercises that are done in the video very well.
    I think it explains everything very well.
    She begins by explaining to you the importance of speed when running.
    She explains that you have to warm up before doing the exercises, first she says that you have to run very slowly for 10 minutes to warm up.
    then he does 2 repetitions of 200m to start and pick up the pace. then continue running and doing repetitions.
