I'm Alba and I've chosen this video because I found it interesting, it teaches us how to stretch our muscles. I've learned different stretches and I think it can help my classmates to stretch their muscles. to teach us how we should stretch our muscles and thus not have any lexions, they are stretches that some of us have done during class hours. Almost always we straighten the leg and contract and stretch and then relax. One of the exercises that I like is to take your leg and stretch it backwards because you notice that it pulls. I recommend the video because it is very interesting and I liked it a lot.
I have chosen to comment in this video because I think it is very important to stretch after doing physical exercise because if you don't stretch the muscles that you have trained the most, in the future you will get injured. I also think that stretching is a way of getting more flexibility, the way of getting better at flexibility and stretching in my opinion is contracting and then stretching because when you contract your muscle wants to stretch more. I really liked this video and I recommend it because it isn’t very long but you can learn the basics.
I have chosen the video of alba to comment on it because I think the girl explains very well how to stretch for the stretch to be effective, I also like that she stretched before doing the exercises because that prevents us from having any type of injury in the future or in the present. I also think it is important to have flexibility because it helps us when doing many things, and in this video they do some easy and simple exercises that anyone can do.
