I think it's a video and routine that can help you a lot if you want to gain flexibility. It's a good routine and I found it interesting. I also like the duration of each exercise, because it is neither too long nor too short. What I did not like about the video is that it is too long, but there are many exercises that can help you, so that makes up for it a bit. It shows you that there are many parts of the body where you can gain flexibility that you might not even know about. Besides, they seem to be exercises that are easy to do and that everyone can do. I liked it and I find it very useful.
I have chosen this video because I found it interesting and I liked how she explained it while she was doing it to be stretching something at all times. It seems to me that some exercises take too long, but if I want to learn to have more flexibility it is fine, but for example, I could not do all the exercises or I would do them but not so well because I have almost no flexibility. I also liked that she has been stretching all the parts of the body and has done exercises that I did not know to be able to stretch other different parts of the body.
IN MY OPINION THIS FLEXIBILITY VIDEO EXPLAINS IT VERY WELL THE TRAINING IS VERY VARIED AND THE COORDINATED TIMES ARE SUPER GOOD AND VERY EASY FOR ANYONE, IT IS VERY GOOD TO STRETCH AFTER DOING SPORT AS IT RELAXES YOUR MUSCLES
