This is the video I posted for this assessment. As we have been working speed and football, I decide to put a video that relates this two things. In this video, we can see some of the most common plays in which speed plays a very important role. But, not only speed is need it. It is very important to know some skills about football. For example, some dribbles or bicycles to do to the defender and distract him. Gareth Bale or Hector Bellerín are two of the fastest players in the world. Talking about speed in football, the most important is the acceleration rate and the reaction rate.
