3 Basketball Exercises

  1. This is a great example of a basketball warm up, training all the skills needed for a basketball match. I like it beacause the exercises were very complete and I think these exercises are very good for a pre-game warming up. The other thing that I like is that the exercises are dinamic and fast, which, in my opinion, is something essential to make a good warm up. The exercise that I like most is the second one, when they start just moving, warming up, and then they start with a kind of passing game.

  2. I think that this is a very good specific warm up for basketball, because it contains all the activities that are use in a basketball game, like bouncing, throwing, catching, score a basket, etc.
    I like that the exercises are very organized and synchronized.
    Also, I like that the exercises are very fast because in this way they can do more exercises in less time, so the warm up is more complete and effective.
    In my opinion is a good idea that in only one exercise they practice various skills, for example in the second exercise they practice to steal the ball and to throw it.
