This video gives a few tips on how to improve physical endurance, and speed, personally, I do not have much physical resistance and immediately I get tired of running, I do not like to play sports, although I know that it is good for my body and my Lifestyle, since I'm not used to it, I always have many stiffness, I should exercise more and I think that improving resistance is a good step.
    I know that I’m not an expert, but I think that in addition to running it seems to me that resistance can also be improved through travel, small walks so that your legs are exercised little by little.
