Hi Lara, I have also liked a lot your video, because I think that the girl explains in a very easy way how to do the basic movements of volleyball so we can play matches in a more profesional way. I also like that the movements are for begginers I suppose so you don´t have to be a master of volleyball to do them, allowing everyone to do them if we practise a bit. Nice video and bye!
