ENDURANCE TRAINING

  1. This video shows some exercises that helps improve endurance. These exercises are done in a short period of time, in which the body works to the top and then it rests for a short break.
    I think that these exercises are very interesting because I didn’t know that endurance could be improved through these types of activities.
    In my opinion is surprising see those exercise because the people who do them is really fast.
    Also, I think that is a good idea to make the exercises in pairs, because it is more entertaining and more pleasant.
