In the video you Will see a boy explaining how to do different exercises that Will improve your endurance. The good thing about it, it´s that you can do all these exercises at home and without any object. The boy explains a couple of exercises that you Will need to do for 16 times with 8 rounds each. I think it´s really cool, and I hope it Will help you to improve your endurance.
