Improve your resistance building stamina.

  1. Hi everybody, I have chose this video because building stamina it´s a good way to improve your resistance running, but not only. You improve your physical condition, your breathing, your body, etc.
    Stamina is the ability to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort.
    In the video the girl is explaining different methods to increase your stamina. I think it´s a good video and the explanation is clear, she makes the exercises explaining every step, so we can understand better the hole exercises.
    Hope you like it too, and expect you could improve your resistance by doing this exercises.
