Jay Williams on Kobe´s insane work ethic

  1. Hi, I'm Zulei, a 3 A high school student from the San Gregorio de Aguilar de Campoo school.

This video talks about Jay Williams talking about Kobe Bryant. Williams said they were going to have a game against the Lakers. The game was about 7 so Williams went at 3 to get ready and practice.

Williams set out to put 400 made shots.
When he arrived he found Bryant, he was very sweaty.
They did their own thing. Williams finished the 400 shots in about 1 hour and a half. He went to rest and relax a bit for the game. He sat in the locker room for 1 hour and kept listening as he threw the ball.

He left the locker room and sat in the stands watching how he made the plays, which were not simple, but seemed to be in a game all the time.
That was 25 more minutes until Bryant decided to rest.
In the game Bryant scored 40 points.
At the end of the game, Williams asked why he was training like this and Bryant replied:" It doesn´t matter how hard you work, I´m willing to work harder than you"
In my opinion the words that Kobe has say, it motivates a lot us.
And I think that we have to workout a lot and this is the form to improve in whatever we want to do.
In general I really like this video about Willams talking about the work of Bryant in his profesion, the basketball.
