I have decided to comment on this video because I always have after sports I always have some muscle that hurts me or that bothers me not always but many times and I would like to learn how to correct it. The video begins with chic stretching the inside of the leg, then goes to one side with one leg bent and with the other stretched, this exercise made him when I went to rhythmic gymnastics. The next exercise is to lower the slap and touch with your hand the tip of the foot this exercise is very common and it sounds to me that I have performed it. We continue with an exercise opening our legs and touching the floor with our hands and then with the opposite hand we touch the opposite foot i.e. with the right hand we touch the left foot and the other hand we have it behind the back this exercise is done in reverse as well. The erjercicio that comes next is one that we perform a lot and is to bend the knee and take it to the gluteos by squeezing with the hand this stretch in my opinion is one of the most important. The last exercise I've never seen and is in getting air and bending the top of our body and then stretching.
