6- The handstand. In my opinion, you need balance. For this, you need to do a slow and nice movement. A mat can help you to practice.
7- The bridge.You have to push up when you are in the floor and put the hands in good position. Lie face up and place your hands next to your head. Raise your knees by keeping your feet on the ground, press with your arms and shoulders, and lift your body. You have to be carefull with your back when you go down.
8- The pull over. In my opinion is a good skill to work all the muscles. Is good to get strong.
9- The candlestick. You have to lie in a mat and push up with your legs and also your butt, you can help with your hands.
10- The split leap.In my opinion, this skill is the most difficult ones because you need lot of elasticity.Is the same us split but in the air, and you need also stength to maintain in the air.
