How to do a Backbend + come up from a backbend

  1. Hello the video I added is like making the bridge pine in different steps. The video starts at stretching your back as it is one of the most important steps. One of the most important exercises is to make the bridge trying to touch your feet with your hands. Another very important exercise is to lie with your face facing the ground and have your arms and legs pull up at once this is done 15 times. The next exercise is to put yourself near a wall and rest my hands on it I have gradually gone down until I reach the bridge this exercise I have practiced myself and it is quite difficult. The next step is to go down leaning on a surface that does not reach the height of the ground but is a little higher like a sofa or a bed, when you have managed to go down try helping yourself with both hands on your back and then just with one hand. And now to finish these steps try simply with a cushion under the head and then without the cushion. And the last but not more important thing is to practice this several times until you have the security that works out for you. This is a small summary of the video and my opinion is that I really liked this exercise and that I would like to try to learn how to do it.
