Hello, I have chosen this video of rhythmic gymnastics, because apart from that I like this sport, to see it, because it seems very nice to me, I thought that being a championship in Spain, I liked it. In this competition and in this specific performance, the girls who perform it use a key element such as balls, but more objects such as ropes, maces, etc. can be used. I really liked this video because they do many exercises each different from the other, the girls are very coordinated and that can sometimes be very difficult, but in general they know very well how to finish each exercise and how to prepare for the next one.
