I think everyone can do this video, but I think it is specially aimed to beginners because the exercises are not very difficult. The exercises are well explicated, besides, there is a timer and music, that in my opinion, motivate you to don’t stop until the exercise finishes. The girl moves from her position to show better the angles so you can do the exercises correctly.
