  1. Hi, I'm Carolina Fernández and I have chosen this video because it shows us a full body workout with very simple and complete exercises. It is a very practical and useful video because we don't need any external material. From what I've seen, we can exercise mainly the abs and legs. The girl usually makes a 1 minute pause between the exercises that last half a minute each. There is a great variety of exercises and the workout is not very long, so we can do them every day, and in this way we can keep our minds distracted for a while, as well as doing sport, which is good for our health.

  2. Hello, my name is Daira Terán and I like this video because is a fullbody workout and I think that it is interesting.
    In that video are series of exercises that last 1 minute by serie, she exercise especially the abs and the legs and at the end of each exercise she do a break of 30 second. There is a great variety of exercises and I think that is a great idea because you don't only works one thing of ypur body, you works all the body.
    So this is my opinion of this video, Bye bye.
