I have chosen this video from my classmate Valentín.
The reason I have chose this video before of others instead is because I liked the motivation that the content creator is trying to give us to start doing exercise. Another reason that made me chose this video is because it explains us a abdominals workout that I consider the most important part of our body. In addition, we do not need any equipment or tools to put in practice this routine and achieve some good, developed abdominals.
Furthermore, the explanation is brief and entertaining, so while he is doing the workout, we can follow along and work out in the same pace with him. Thanks to the fact that he is funny and gives us a fun time, makes us easier the workout. In consequence helping us to end the routine and get better physically.
