  1. Hello i'm Paula Caballero and this is my video. I have choose it because I liked the exercises, I think they are simple but usefull. As the girl says you can burn between 80 and 150 kcal. I also really liked the music, it can motivate you during the workout and the way that . You dont need any material to do the exercises and she is doing 30 seconds for each one.
    I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover.

  2. Hello im Gabriel I am going to comment this video beacouse I find it very interesting for the phisical work.
    You don't need equipment, and not much space needed.
    The exercises are made in a period of 30 seconds so you will not be very tired every time you do one.
    I like that the video haves music so I can energize me with the music.
    You can also do some rest between the exercises if you are tired.
    Phisical activty is good to your health and to be safer to the covid-19. :D

    This video is very good because you don't need a lot of material to carry out the exercises.
    This video has music and that's good because having rhythm motivates you.
    When you are bored at home I recommend this video because it is good to do sport and now with COVID because it is harder to go to gyms and that is why this video is recommended.
    The best thing about the video is the little material it takes to do the exercises and that the exercises are very good and healthy,

I think the video is very good because the girl gives you the time you have to do each exercise, the exercises are easy and simple. The music helps a lot because it gets you up and motivates you to do it.
