Run longer, build endurance

  1. Hi, my name is Sara and this is my brief explanation about the video.

    This video, as the title says, will teach you ways to improve your indurance, from less to more risky to get an injury

    He explains that the main way is to run more kilometers (in the case of this guy, he explains it as miles), this being at a easy way that is controlled, comfortable and youre able to talk if someone runs with you. He defines endurance as aerobic methabolism, and that the best way to improve is "easy running"

    Then another way is longer running, since we can force our body so we adapt and start having fuel managment. We can start running every week and at the long way we will improve.
    Then he later explains that whenever youre running faster and not running everyday, youre more easily to get injured.

    The tempo run training meanwhile helps us run faster while we are on a aerobic state, since we work on the limbo between anaerobic and aerobic, since it makes us the enought lactate but not the enough to make us tired.

    He says that all of this is depent of being a consistant running, you shouldnt change fast from being calm on relaxing to running fast as ever you did
