Hi I'm Paula Maestro and I have chosen this video to learn more about basketball and especially to learn how to handle the ball when playing. However, what is nice about this video is that you don't need a specific training place, that is, you don't need to be in a basketball court. There are different exercises throughout the video, where most of them last between 20 and 30 seconds. Some of them for example last one minute where half way through you have to change direction. So it's a simple eight minute routine that everyone can do to improve your technique so that when you play basketball you will enjoy it more.
