20 Minute Full Body Strength Workout - No Equipment

  1. Hi, I'm Paula Agudo Fernández and I'm going to explain some things in this video. I have chosen it because it seems to me that both explain themselves very well and have well thought out the way of training strength. You have two levels in the video, for beginners (the girl) and for advanced people (the boy).
    Since you don't need equipment to do these exercises, you have no problem doing them at home. At the beginning of the video they explain what you are going to do, how you are going to do it and how long it is going to last.
    It seems like a lot to see that it's 20 minutes of video, but there are really no repetitions, so what you will be doing will be a variation of exercises. Finally, between exercise and exercise they let you rest and you can see how they stretch depending on what they have done.

Hello my name is Laura, and I think this video is very good workout to icrease your strength, I really like the explanation on the beggining because it prepares you for the workout and its exercises, they do different exercices for different levels so if you don´t have a lot of strength on your arms in that exercise you have to follow the girl, who in¡s doing the low intensity, but if you have a lot of strength in your legs in that exercide you´ll have to follow the guy.
