IMPROVE YOUR STRENGTH FOR FOOTBALL

  1. I have chosen this video created by a footballer, which explains how to improve your strength. I found the video interesting because I play football as well and this exercises and training methods could be useful for me in order to perform better in my football matches.

    In this video it is explained different types of exercises in a very precise way and with visual examples guided by a professional, a coach. I personally like the fact that he explained all the exercises, so that we can do them while watching it. The only inconvenient that I found is that we need materials to do these exercises and from my humble opinion, that is a bit too long.

    I extremely recommend doing these exercises if you own the necessary materials because this will improve your strength and your performance in your football matches, obviously if you play football.

  2. Hi im going to comment Qin Han's video.
    This video looks nice for people that start lonely doing some exercises, at the time the coach tells the guy to do an exercise in the process that he is doing it he tells how to do it in the correct way and why, I think its a good way to teach someone an exercise to improve the way he is doing it and after know it and do it by your own.
    This exercises for football are good, but i will also be addying a lateral quadriceps exercises to help the rotation while playing.
