Basic Strength Routine

I have chosen this video, because in general I like strength exercises, I like how little by little he explains the exercises, each one of a different part of the body, what I have realized is that he does not spend the same time in all the exercises, for example, the squat takes more time than the gluteal bridge, which I think is disproportionate.
    I also found it interesting that during the video the girl uses many materials such as a weight plate, a weight and some rubber bands.
    I have realized that most of the exercises we have done in class.
