  2. Hello!, my name is Diego de la Fuente and I am going to explain this video published by a colleague, this video consists of doing exercises to increase your strength if you do not have much. Start doing incline plank using a bench, then grab a dumbbell in your hands and do squats to increase leg strength, the next exercise you do is do incline pushups to make them easier or you can also do normal ones from the ground but as I said before it is to increase strength from scratch.
