EXERCISES FOR STRENGTH

  1. Hi, I'm Javier, I've brought you this strength video that explains several exercises.
    The first is some normal push-ups for the chest and apart from reinforcing the resistance of the wrists.
    The second is to do pull-ups to exercise the shoulders and back.
    The third is to lift a metal bar with weights if you can lift them with just your biceps.
    The fourth is to jump rope that while you do cardio you exercise your legs while jumping.
    The fifth is to do the iron for the entire abdomen and apart from being with the fingers to harden them.
    The sixth with a gym machine you do triceps.
    The seventh is deadlifting with the legs.
    And he advises you to remove your weight from the dumbbells and bars to gain muscle apart from the work you are already doing.

  2. Hi, I am Yeray and I choose this video because Javier it is my friend and he have a really good strength and mine it is not as well as he. So I want to learnt if I can. I like thus video because a boy explain step by step, how to make a routine of different exercises to improve your strength of a lot of parts of the body. If I have to put some negative aspect is, that in some exercise you need a gym machine and you can't make the routine of exercises at home. I recomend this video to the people that they dont have a routine to strength.
