streches for tennis

  1. This video is quite interesting because goes from leg stretches to specific activities of tennis. I thought that in this sport along stretched the hands but is not correct...is very intensive. I don’t like tennis but the first exercises is very cool because is very useful because it helps prevent injuries like jerking ....
    The warming agroup all the requirements to be effective as progressivity or fluidity ... and I think it is a warm-up that stretches all the muscles and is very complete for a tennis match instead I think not everyone can do this warming because you have to be very flexible to do all the activities correctly

  2. Tennis is a sport that I really like to see, but I do not play.
    This video is very good not to have lexiones in the legs and to be able to play without damages.
    The first video is quite advisable for most sports just like everyone.My favorite sport does not have as many stretches as this, because it is a more practical and easy to perform sport.It is quite complicated to perform these stretches, since you need a professional trainer to perform them well.
