VOLLEYBALL TRAINING

  1. Good morning! I am Lucía Guerra from 4º A secondary school.
    This term what I want to saw you is a short video about different volleyball exercises. Is just around 2 minutes 30 seconds but you have all the things that you must train improve playing this sport or start learning how to play, so I think is so important.
    What the video recommend you is to do 20 seconds each exercise in to your maximum and rest other 20".
    The things that you can improve doing this exercises are: speed, passes, jumps, the defence and those basic an important movements you have to make playing volleyball.
    So, I hope you like it, and helps you to develop or improve volleyball techniques.

  2. Good morning I am Alba Puebla, one of lucia's mate.
    I think talking about this video it is a good choice just because in my own post I have talked about endurance, the other topic we can choose between.
    In this video I have realized about one think that it has surprised me a lot, and it is that although in volley you must have a ball, during the trainings it plays a minor roll. Another fact that amazed me it's that in volley you do not have to move around a very large apace due to the court, however they are continuously moving and it looks very tiring.
    Ok, this is all! Let's try this new sport for us!

  3. Hello, I am Ángela from 4º B ESO, and I decide to coment the video of my partner Lucía because she has talked, as me, about a volleyball training. First congratulations to Lucia, because she has chosen a video that is so interesting. I think this video is very interesting, because you can watch the basic techniques to play volleyball, also with this video you can improve your abilities in speed, jump… That are very important to practise this sport.
    So, I recommend this video to all the people that want to improve or know more about volleyball.

  4. Hi, I'm Maria Fernandez from the same class as Lucia .
    I decided to comment on the video of Lucia because I think having a routine and a few basic exercises is the base for improve in this sport .
    The things that you can improve viewing this video are :
    1. The passes , making an exercise called stazione due .
    2. The jumps , making an exercise called stazione tre .
    3. The defense movements , making an exercise called stazione Quattro .
    4. The speed , making an exercise called stazione sei .
    I believe that practicing these four elements continuously with different exercises can lead to very good results .
